Getting back to it

After being off for three or so weeks due to various wedding related travels it feels nice to get back into the gym.  Left it at a 3x5x205 squat, so I'm coming back at a 3x5x185 squat.  Glad I did because it hurt today.  Moving up to 195 Friday, and hopefully back to 205 at the beginning of next week.

3x5 squat: (45, 95, 135, 165) 3x5x185
3x5 OHP: (45, 75, 95) 2x5x110, 1x5x110 (pp4-5)

Nice moving around again, that's for sure.
