Pushy

Warm-up:
3x5 situps/pushups/squats/pullups

5-5-3-3-1-3 bench press (45, 95, 115, 135, 155, 160)

5x3 low-bar back squat (5x45, 5x95, 3x135, 3x185, 1x205 then 5x3x220)

1x10 KTE
1x10 standing plate twist (45)

Definitely stalled out on the bench at 160. Will probably lay off until I get back from vacation, move over to the standing press until then. Oddly sequenced morning: started on the bench since the racks were full, and forgot my dynamic stretching.

Squats felt pretty good, though really close to stalling out the last reps of the last few sets. Focused on a strong tight upper back and core going down, and a steady consistent position at the bottom and the rise. Give it a go at 225 next session.
