One rep masochist

Warm-up:
court jogs
dynamic squat stretching
OHS (45)

Crossfit WOD 110317 (increase weight each rep)
5x1 OHS (65, 85, 95, 105, 115)
5x1 front squat (135, 155, 175, 185, 205)
5x1 back squat (low-bar: 185, 205, 225, 245, 255)

Took a page from one of Scott's recent workouts. Been a long time since OHS for weight, felt steadier than I expected - will roll more OHS into the rotation. Started conservatively on the weights today, but only rested a few minutes between reps. OHS load was taxing the core at 115, probably would have dropped a heavier load. FS almost paused at 205 but could have put up a little more. Almost stalled out the BS @245, but 255 went up smoother.

Good heavy workout.

whew, nice numbers! I've been thinking of putting some more OHS back in too.
