Nailed it.

Finally made that 3x5x205 stick!

lo-bar squat: (warm-up to 185) 3x5x205
shoulder press: (warm-up to 95) 3x5x110
power clean: 5x111, 5x170

Alright, I'm going to try 210 next time for the squat.  Everything felt much better today - I focused on keeping my butt back and leaning over more.  Felt strong on all but the last few reps.

Definitely doing 115 on the shoulder press next time.

Power cleans will stay at 170, but I'll increase the number of sets.
