Purple people eater

Took advantage of the sunshine to do a little conditioning work on the newly (to me, anyways) resurfaced roof track at Coles.

8x~100m sprint (rest interval: rest of track lap, ~60s)

13-15s per interval, from flying start; not sure how close to 100m. I was all over the place with sprint form, but it was tightening up by the end. I had to remind myself to breathe, or else I found myself holding my breath through the sprint.

HR in the 180s after the last few intervals.

I remember the first time we took Scott up there to run Tabata intervals...

Yeah, that is pretty well burned in my memory too. The thing is that in all those images, the track is red-orange.

Quite the shock to get up there and see purple everywhere...

I was just thinking of that the other day! I think half the reason I thought the other crossfit stuff was so fun was because it didn't approach the misery of that first day. Hooooly crap.

*Note - I forgot I couldn't just edit comments when I had a typo.
