Back in the gym

After a few weeks of climbing/working/traveling/not going to the gym, going to get back in regularly in the mornings again. Focusing on a 2/3 or 3/2 lift/metcon split, will figure out next week. Pushed around some lighter weights today to loosen things up and get a feel for loaded weight again.

Warm-up:
2x10 situps/pushups/squats/pullups
dynamic squat stretching

5x3 low-bar back squat (5x45, 5x95 then 135, 155, 165, 175, 185)
7x3 bench press (45, 65, 75, 86, 96, 105, 115)

Squats felt nice and solid but kinda heavy by 185. Bench felt good, with no shoulder pain, could definitely have gone up a little more.
