Monday morning moving

Warm-up:
2x10 situps, pushups, pullups
dynamic squat stretching

3x5 low-bar back squat (5x45, 3x95, 3x135, 1x165 then 5x175, 5x175[f5], 5x175[dna])
3x5 bench press (5x45, 3x65, 1x95 then 3x5x105)

Pulled something in my lower back on the 4th rep of the 2nd set of squats, so shelved the rest of the reps. Need to do some stretching and foam rollering tonight, but even going in this morning my back felt kind of tight - still nursing a strain from a few weeks ago.

Bench felt pretty solid, will move up to 110.
