1x30 situps

Back still very tight from squatting yesterday, took it easy to try to warm it up and stretched a bit at the end of the day. Might have to lay off any kind of heavy lifting for the week.

geez, I come to check things out and you injure yourself! How do you think you pulled something?

Not a big deal, old climbing injury I aggravated playing softball a few weeks ago and really strained squatting this week.

Loosening up, taking it easy - should be back to normal by the end of the week.
