Dead simple
Warm-up:
2x10 situps, pushups, squats
1x5 deadlift (5x135, 3x185, 1x225 then 1x5x275)
Woke up late but squeezed in a quick lifting session on the way in to work. Deads felt really solid today, will go to 285 next time around. Tried lifting with chalk for the first time today and I really noticed the difference.
