400m run
65lb squat snatch, 15 reps
handstand push-ups, 9 reps (subbed feet on 2.5 ft pylo box)
SS: 19:21
JL: 20:59 (snatch sets went 15, 12, 7)
Quick morning workout! My elbow is still janky so I'll take a rest tomorrow and start again on Monday.
