Little too much bourbon last night for Maggie's birthday, went to the gym to shake it out. Pretty groggy during warmup, felt better by the end but definitely avoided anything too aerobic today - would not have been pretty. Wanted to squat but rack taken, DL instead.

3x5 bench press (45x5, 65x5, 95x3, 115x2 then 3x135)
1x5 deadlift (135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2 then 1x285)

1x20 shoulder press (45)
1x15 decline situps
