Warm-up:
deadlift (lots, to 2x315)

1x5 deadlift (340 [f5])
17-13-10 dips

Dropped the last deadlift after getting it 1" off the ground. Still fatigued from yesterday, and wanted to save my back for some ICE!

Can you bring your screws too on Sunday? Never hurts to have too many, and you know how I love to sew it up.
