Warm-up:
back squat
stop squat (to 185)

3x5 back squat (high-bar; 220 [f5 of last set])
3x5 shoulder press (100)

13-10-10 pullups

Missed the very last rep of the squats. I just had a lapse and relaxed too much at the bottom. I think I'm fine to go up 5#. Go up 5# for the first 2 sets of the press next time too.
