Finally managed to finish a set of five deadlifts. Looks like the last time I pulled a heavy set of five was a looooong time ago. I hope to be back up to 5x355 in a couple of months.

Saw a pretty creative use of the Smith machine for doing weighted pushups. Normally, these are a pain, since you have to ask someone to put weight on your back, but this particular Smith machine had a bottom position that was just perfect for squeezing under to do pushups. Cool.

Don't you have to roll the bar in a Smith machine to get it out of the starting position?

This particular machine had a stopper at the bottom. I assume it's so it doesn't fully crush you when you lose control?
