Warm-up:
back squat (to doubles at 185)
3x5 back squat (high-bar; 195)
5-4-4 bench press (145)
10-8-7 pullups
Feeling a bit sick, but trying to stick to a schedule here... Squats felt fine, can go up 10# next week. Bench was weak, not sure if it was the dips last time, but I'll stay here for 3x5 next time around. Saddened by inability to knock out pullups.
