Warm-up:
back squat (to doubles at 175)

3x5 back squat (high-bar; 185)
3x5 shoulder press (95)

Taking things nice and easy on the squat after tweaking my back last week. Made sure I was warmed-up, and focused on the knees out on every rep. Felt fine. Shoulder press was fine, although the last rep was sloppy. As Guillaume found out, it's pretty easy to get yourself into trouble by relaxing your lower back. I think this is an attempt to get more leverage and turn the press more into a benching exercise.

Tell me about it. My lower back has been inflammated for the last month and I think its the shoulder press.
