Warm-up:
500 m row

3x5 back squat (high-bar; 200)
3x5 shoulder press (100,95,100 [f5])

10-12-11 dips

Squats felt good. I debated 205, but decided to stick to the progression. Up 5# next time. Press was strong, although I should have stuck to 100# for the second set and dropped to 95# for the last. Instead of microloading, I think I'll just bump the weight up on the first sets, and add a set every week until I get sets across, then start again. Will do that next time. Dips were done on bars that are a bit wider than I'm used to, which shortened the ROM a bit because I felt like my shoulders were not going to be happy with the angle of rotation.
