Had very little time before closing to squeeze in a workout at the weird employee gym. I was dreading having to use the Smith machine again, and I was surprised by a shiny new power rack, complete with shiny new barbell! I have everything that I had at NYSC now. Cool, now it's time to put on some weight.
Should have probably taken a rest day, but I paid for the damned gym, so I better use it. Legs pretty sore today. Off to eat more food.
