25x [2 squat + 1 pullup]
1x5 deadlift (135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x1 then 295x5 [f5])
10 Turkish getups (30# db)
15 decline situps
Not much juice today, deadlifts felt heavy from the start; didn't even get the initial pull on the last rep. Maybe all these pullups are killing my pulling strength, think I'll dial back the heavy lifting and focus on conditioning before Colorado.
