Warm-up:
~1 mi jog
2x 400 m sprint (1:49, 1:40)
4x 200 m sprint (0:49, 0:39, 0:40, 0:36)
Headed over to East River Park to get a little speed work in. Nice complex, 400 m track with a grass infield and an outdoor fitness area with pull-up bars, dip stations, etc. Took it easy on the sprints (Usain Bolt it wasn't) but felt good to be moving again.

Do you plan to do this regularly? What time do you go to the track? I'd be interested in joining you from some sprinting.
The track's nice, just the slightest bit of cushion. A real 400 m track means the curves are runnable, unlike Coles. Bonus: distances and start/finishes are marked for 100m, 200m, etc.
I'd like to run a little more regularly, no set time really though I was going to try and go once or twice in the mornings before work. Evenings/weekends are workable too.
Let me know when you might want to go - I'm away starting next weekend for a little over a week, though (Peru).
that´s where I used to run!
