Quick and dead

Warm-up:
dynamic stretching
renegade rows
box jumps (12", 18", 30")

3x3 deadlift (135x10, 185x5, 225x5 then 275/295/315 x3)

Just getting and getting moving after a couple of weeks away from the gym. Worked with Dan on deadlift form, kept the weights relatively light to work on technique (and stretch some unused muscles). Good to be back.

Yep, he has pretty good natural form, we were just going over technique basics so he could start deadlifting.

He's a big boy, and should be pulling heavy soon...
