Adapted another CF Sunnyvale workout for a little shoulder work. Supposed to go 10 rounds, but I can't imagine doing it without running out of time sooner than that (I cleaned the bar from the ground, but even from a rack time would get short). Added a little clean technique work, mechanics were a little dodgy at first but felt pretty good until the last set of power cleans, which were a total fail.
Followed it with some tasty late night downtown chicken.
