Messed around with strict muscle-ups and ring dips.
Another good session at Crossfit Metropolis. Took a nice leisurely warm-up cause my hips and glutes have been a bit messed up lately. Tried a tweak to my start position today; bar slightly farther away and knees really pushed to the sides (for the snatch). I think I'm crowding the bar less, but I'll have to try again to see for sure.
Jerks really off today. Eric made a good observation that I am trying too hard to use shoulder flexibility, and need to drive the hips forward in the finishing position. You can see this pretty clearly in the last lift on the video.
