Warm-up:
run from Lexington & 86th to 2nd & 84th
muscle snatch + power snatch
hip bridges

snatch (125,2x135,3x145 [f1,2],6x150 [f2,6])
clean + jerk (2x150 [fj1],165,175,2x180 [fj2])
3x3 halting snatch deadlift (165,175,180)

3x8 glute-ham raises
muscle-up + 3 ring dips (~6)

Lifted at Crossfit Metropolis, where pullup bars have just been installed. It was pretty cool to watch Eric put people through the inaugural Fran, which left some folks wrecked on the floor. Lifts were really off today, partly a case of thinking too much, but also the weights just felt really heavy.

The glute-ham raises also felt brutal, but I realized after that the foot plate is higher than I typically use. Definitely makes it harder, as pointed out in the BFS book.

Wanted to point out some cool open-source video motion analysis software called Kinovea. Only played with it long enough to generate some quick bar paths (quite easy). It's easy to use, in rapid development, and looks pretty promising. Only downside is Windows only.
