Nice workout at Crossfit Metropolis. Snatches felt ok, although still a bit wobbly at the bottom. Cleans felt good, getting stronger at 185, although the bar was crashing a bit. I wonder if the two problems are related (wobbly at bottom at crashing bar); maybe both are due to me shooting to the bottom too fast, rather than properly timing the catch?

Is it just me, or does he get tougher the lighter he gets?
