Warm-up:
dynamic stretching
Burgener warm-up

3x5 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x1 then 240/245/250(f3) x5)
3x3 bench press (45x5, 75x5, 95x3, 115x3, 135x1 then 155/160/165 x3)

Quick lifting session. My back's still a little pulled from heavy deads last week, will probably go lighter on the loads this week. Dropped the last set when I lost core tightness with a twingey back at the bottom of the 3rd rep. First two sets felt pretty solid, though real slow last reps. Bench felt comfortable at x3, with oddly less shoulder pain with heavier loads.

Will work in some metabolic work this evening or tomorrow morning.
