3x2 front squat (2 sec pause; 135,175,195)
2x2 front squat (205,210)
5x2 jump squat (95,135,175,2x185)
Just messing around with some movements to see how my hip feels. All these movements seem ok, although I loaded up 405 for the rack pulls and could feel some pain there, so I dropped the weight. Jump squats are pretty neat.
Gonna start the new Performance Menu strength cycle this week. Need to get stronger.
