Warm-up:
back squat

5x3 back squat (195)
3x3 snatch grip deadlift (185)
5x5 push press (115,4x120)

3 sets:
10 pullups
max GHD situps (on Bosu ball; 25-20-20)

~6 40" box jumps

Some pain during the squats, may have to back off the weight. We'll see next time.

Jade let me drag her to the squat rack for some lifting. Started off with the basics; low-bar back squat, press, deadlift. She claims to have liked it. We'll see if she comes back!
