Quick session just to get my deadlifts in on schedule, no time for metcon today. Deads were solid but heavy, I focused on keeping my chest up and weight back and driving through the heels - should be able to go up to 305/315/325.Ran into Eric at the gym, and we worked on his deadlift form a bit, focusing on his tendency to go into lumbar flexion. Might be useful to think about the anterior and posterior pelvic force couples, as he seems to be posterior-dominant, making it difficult to hold proper pulling position.
