A farmer named Guillaume

Went back to the gym with Leeat yesterday (after a huge dinner). I did the following.

Warm-up: 5 min running

3 sets of:
- Frenchies (kind off, I stay at the top then the middle, then close to the bottom and hold for 3 seconds, then go all the way down and back up). I did 6 - 5 - 4
- 20 crocodile push-ups

Farmer's walk (80 feet each time): 2 plates of 35, 2 plates of 45, 2 plates of 45.

3 sets of side to side pull-ups (didn't lower between each rep): 5 left to right to left complete motion on every round.

30 plank walk-ups

10 min Stairmaster

2 sets of 10 strict pull-ups (although the last few weren't completely strict)

3 sets of rolling a bar with a rope and a 10 pounds weight at the end. Rolled up, then down then up again on each set.

I liked the the farmer's walk, and the Stairmaster felt a bit stupid but seemed like good training for mountaineering. My forearms felt like they were about to explode at the end.

Croc pushups look interesting. You find them worth keeping?

Not entirely sure. I couldn't feel exactly their impact (as opposed to regular push-ups). They certainly make you look stupid. I wonder how much of an impact the position of the hands have, because except for that, it felt a lot like you fee when you do a push-up with one foot slightly off the ground.

I think I'll give them at least another try though.
