Warm-up:
good mornings
overhead squat

3-3-3-3-6-6 front squat (135,175,2x195,2x155)
5x5 floor press (145,150,160,165,170 [dna 4,5])

3x25 plank walk-ups

Real quick session. Hip felt pretty good during squats; started to hurt a bit at 195 (at the very end of the hip extension), so I dialed it down. Floor press was fine (slightly wider grip); wimped out of the last two reps.
