60-60 in 20
In theory I have many gym partners here, they always say yes when asked if they want to go to the gym later, in reality they are a rather flaky bunch. So today, my theoretical partner was MIA and I had to face the gym by myself. The workout ended up being:
60 GI Janes (11 min)
60 plank walk-ups (8 min)
I wanted to try to do 60 GI-Janes but I wasn't sure I had it in me, so I figured I would go for 60 for time OR as many as I can in 30 minutes. I ended up doing them in 11 minutes. So I decided to add 60 plank walk-ups.
I think this must have been a decent core workout for a 20 min session.
