Believe it or not, my legs are still somewhat sore from my return workout last week. I'm still being careful with form as I've been gone for awhile and don't want to go to fast and injure myself again. Squats felt solid, no knee pain. Next time I want to get some deads in. I haven't done those since the finger surgery, but I think it'll be fine as long as I don't let the bar fall out of my grip. It'll give me a good opportunity to work on my hook grip I suppose.
