Warm-up:

5x2 snatch balance (2x105,3x115)

500 m row (1:46)

Everything but the push press felt good. PP felt heavy, and I spent some time stretching to get better external rotation of the shoulder. A few reps really floated up, but in general my overhead strength is really lacking.

Row was for testing out the lungs after getting sick this weekend. Not quite 100%, but getting close.
