low-bar back squat (45x5x2, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2 then 225x5/4/4)
shoulder press (45x5, 55x5, 65x5, 75x3, 85x2 then 95x5/5/4)
deadlift (135x5, 185x3, 245x2 then 295x5x1)
Last chance workout, leaving for Chicago tomorrow and a hotel gym likely devoid of barbells. Still felt heavy today, but the reps that did go up felt better. Breathing was off and I'm still trying to fix my squat stance, a little too narrow the last few sessions. Press felt pretty good, can go up to 100 next time. Deads went up fine but grip is becoming an issue - tried 4 different grips in the 5-rep work set (hook, both versions of mixed, and standard)...
