What's in your gym bag?

Warm-up:
good mornings
overhead squat
hang clean + jerk (to 135#)

7x1 clean + jerk (135,2x145,150,3x155)
4x20 seconds tuck lever (on rings)

Attempted to work speed through the second pull with some lighter weights.

After digging through my bag trying to find my pen, I snapped a shot of all the crap I drag to the gym. Reminds me of those goofy forum threads where people post snapshots of their computer desktops.
