Warm-up:
good mornings
overhead squat
single-leg deadlift (40# DB)

clean + squat jerk (from blocks; 65,95,115,135,145)
back squat (high-bar, pause; 2x185,205,2x225)
5-5-4-4-5 bench press (140,155,155,150,145)

I didn't actually have blocks, but the pins in the squat rack are mid-thigh for me, so I just cleaned from there. Neat movement, really forces you to reverse directions very quickly.
