Felt a bit better today, having made an effort to eat more all day. Squats nearly killed me though.

That's some heavy lifting, B. Up around my old 1RM as far as I can remember, nice!
Any guess where your 1RM is nowadays?
Not sure, haven't tested in a while. Hopefully over 300# by now.
