Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching

low-bar back squat (45x5, 85x5, 125x3, 155x2 then 185x5x3)
shoulder press (45x5, 55x5, 65x3, 75x2 then 85x5x3)
deadlift (135x5, 185x3, 225x2 then 275x5x1)

Cool-down:
1x10 standing barbell twists (25# plate)

Back squats felt good for going up 10#, no real hitches. Either up 5 or 10 next session. Press was catching on the last rep of every set, felt a little tougher; will go up to 90 next time. Deads felt really solid, did all reps with a hook grip which felt reasonable; my left thumb slipped out on the last few reps @275 though, pretty rough to hold onto a squirmy bar...

Red indicates work sets?

Yeah, just a visual indicator to make it easier to go back and check my progress.

All else are warm-ups, I've taken to doing less warm-up reps with less rest - it's just hard for me to squeeze everything into a morning session other wise...
