Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
back squats
good mornings

"DT"
Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

subbed 95# (watch error: ~12-15 min?)

First metcon in a while and even scaled it was quite a load. DLs went easy, but had to break up the HPCs after the first round - mostly felt it as grip failure, but my technique was all over the place. My watch clocked aroun 9 min, but would stop during push jerks when my wrist bent back and brushed the button - estimating about 3-6 min additional.

Did some dynamic stretching at the start, and it really helped with squats and OHS - felt much more comfortable, no tightness in the lower back and much better starting ankle flexibility. Followed a stretching routine similar to this one; will incorporate it more regularly, especially on squat days.

If your clean mechanics are good, you can go closer to rx'ed weight, I'm sure...
