bench press (45x5x2, 65x5, 85x3, 105x2, then 125x5x3)
Man, it was hot in Coles today! Returned to lifting after missing a week (last session here). Highly discouraged in Rippetoe's program, but sometimes life gets in the way. In any case, squats felt really heavy today for the first time. No stalling but sure was close, and the weight felt big from the get-go. Not sure if it was due to the week+ off or climbing on Sunday, lower back was definitely feeling tweaked. Will hold or go up 5 next time.
Bench felt decent, but feels like it's getting close to plateau as well. Can go up 5 next time. May be looking at a reset soon.
