Warm-up:
back squats
good mornings
low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 155x2 then 195x5x3)
bench press (45x5x2, 55x5, 95x3, 105x2 then 115x5x3)
max reps pull-ups (13, 7, 5)
1x10 plate swings (35#)
Lifted at Palladium today, as Coles is shut down for a week. Jumped on the rack right away without warming up to take advantage of an open slot. Squats felt very good despite a 10# jump, maybe having eaten before helped. Bench felt pretty solid as well. No bars open so substituted max rep PUs for power cleans, went pretty rough - could have used more rest in between rounds...

Nice to see linear progression in action.
Agreed, though I need a datapoint or two more to see how linear it's going to stay - I have a feeling it's gonna saturate pretty soon...
I'm very interested to see how far I can push the linear progression, I'm going to keep up the 10# increments for as long as I can.
