Sadly Coles is closed until August 18th so that means no more forays onto the roof. On the bright side, Palladium has lots of ergs so I expect to have some fun(?) with those. Squats felt decent, but 155 was a little to heavy for the knee. 145 was nice and controlled, though I was stalling trying to get up towards the end. I gotta say Brian, I am super impressed with the weights you've been putting up. Maybe I'll catch you eventually though!
