Short run
I joined Ariane for a slow paced run this morning. We ran 25 minutes. This was my first run in a long time. At first I thought I would last up to 5 minutes max, but after a while it felt OK. Finished with 10 open hand chin ups.
If I don't want to turn into a huge blob of fat, I'll have to kick myself in the butt and do more exercise during the month of August...

Tabata wood choppin' is the way to go. Just watch the toes.
Yikes, sounds dangerous.
Right now I go the "the office" in the morning, so I am definitely not getting much exercise.
Maybe I'll kick myself in the butt today and come up with some kind of prison workout. I'll let you know if I do.
