10x1 halting snatch deadlift (to knees; 135)
5x3 halting snatch deadlift (to knees; 135)
Quickie before the gym closed. Snatches from the hang felt decent. I need to start working on bending the arms more in the turnover to keep the bar close.
Lots of slow, deliberate snatch deadlifts. Stopped at the knee, focusing on setting the back, keeping a constant back angle and flaring the knees.
