back squat (low-bar; to 3x225)
jumprope singles
5x5 back squat (low-bar, belt; 245,255,3x260)
8-7-5-5-4 handstand pushups (max reps, ~2 minutes between sets)
Right lower back/sacrum sore on the concentric phase of each squat. I think that this might be happening when I allow my hips to twist slightly (right side stronger than left). Focusing hard on keeping the hips square seemed to relieve any pain. Lots of foam rolling. With sufficient food, I should be able to hit 5x5x260 next week.
