Warm-up:
front squats
overhead squats
good mornings
back squats to 135
5x5 low-bar back squat (155,165,175,185,195)
5x5 shoulder press (5x75)
2x(1 hang power snatch + 5 OHS) (55,65)
2x10 inverted row
Finally getting some more squats in - and more to come in the next weeks as I get back into a regular lifting cycle, built around squats and presses (DLs thrown in in smaller doses). Planning on a few weeks of Starting Strength/Stronglifts type workouts to build back towards my previous PRs, and switching back to a Texas style method only after I get my squat to 1.5xBW (~255#).
Ramping up, squat weights felt good and no real stalling. Could have gone to 205 but better to leave some progress room for next time. Presses felt terrible, mostly pain and inflexibility in the right shoulder, but felt better after a few sets. Need to work more on it.

Guess they fixed the mirror in front of the squat rack, eh? Gotta make sure you can see yourself when you squat!
Yeah, I realize having the mirror there causes me to look too horizontally forward, rather than slightly down at the floor.
