Distance: 6.5 miles
Pace: 7:30 min/mi
Getting back in the schedule after two days of conference / skiing at Mont Tremblant. Went climbing on Monday, running on Tuesday (10 miles at 8:35), yoga on Wednesday, and running this morning. Running on Monday felt slow and hard. Climbing was ok, did up to V5. Yoga is unbelievably hard these days. Nothing seems to want to bend. Again only missing some lifting in my weekly schedule. Body feels ok, ITBS seems under control, pain under the left foot is mostly gone.
Treadmill setting: start at 7.6, +0.1 every mile.
