Running Week 1 Summary
With the temperatures creeping up to a balmy 40 F, went running outside for the first time in a few weeks. Kept a nice slow comfortable pace with M for 3 miles at the East River Park. Best of all, got to try out my new (and expensive) toy - a GPS watch.

Pace: 10:10 min/mile
Cadence: 169
Felt pretty comfortable, good to keep moving on the weekends.
