Week 2 LSD
Distance: 6 miles (treadmill)
Pace: 10:54 min/mile
Cadence: 170-185 spm
Ran the first 4 miles without music, wanted to see what cadence felt comfortable - ended up around 180-185. At that slow a speed on the treadmill, seems a little rushed. Put music back on the last 2 miles (~170 bpm) and it felt much easier without feeling too drawn out.
Comfortable run physically, not so much mentally - wish it were nice enough to run outside soon...

Wed - speed, 5x[1' on, 2' off] @ 7:30/12:00 (treadmill)

Nice, good job training regularly.
